Hi, I am CJ

Hi everyone, I am Christian Jay Famatigan, but you can call me CJ. I am from San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines.

This is my corner of E2: my support and security work, my portfolio, and what I build outside of work.

What I do

Support first, then threat intelligence

I have 3+ years of experience across customer-facing support and cybersecurity. At Majorel, I handled high-volume inbound and outbound calls, which taught me call control, staying calm under pressure, and documenting every case clearly.

I then moved into threat intelligence at Yngen Datacom, where I investigated scams, phishing, and social-engineering attempts. That mix helps me spot red flags quickly and explain things in plain English.
