Technical VA, automation specialist and AppSheet developer with 2+ years building no-code automations and business apps.
Welcome
Hi! I am Ermalieh Llavado, a Technical VA, automation specialist and AppSheet developer.
I have 2+ years of experience building no-code automations and business apps for small to medium businesses. This is my corner of E2: what I build, how I work, and where to see it.
What I do
Automation: Make.com, n8n, Maia and AppSheet. CRM and sales: HubSpot, Apollo.io, client management and sales pipelines. Data and leads: web scraping with Apify and SerpApi, data extraction and cleaning, and Google Sheets to CRM sync. AppSheet automation and no-code app development too, including real estate lead generation.
I also manage scenarios with 200-600+ operations, like HTTP and SerpApi integrations. I am passionate about saving you 40-60% of manual work through automation, and building user-friendly apps that actually scale.
Recent workflows
1. Gmail to Make AI Agent to JSON to Google Sheets to HubSpot (create a deal): automatic lead capture from email to CRM.
2. Facebook Pages (watch comments) to Google Sheets to HubSpot CRM: real-time Facebook lead tracking, active and on demand.
3. An n8n workflow, Gmail trigger to append row in Sheet to create a deal: a simplified version for fast automation.

Off the clock
I am originally from the Philippines and currently working here in Hong Kong. I love video calling my family back home and cooking Filipino food while listening to music. I always cook their favorites, like tinolang manok and curry chicken.
